Because sometimes another popsicle or fruit crisp is not going to cut it for dessert, I offer you the easiest hot fudge (not really cooking) sauce ever. If you have 2 tablespoon of butter, 6 ounces of chocolate chips, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, pinch of salt, a 1/4 cup warmed half and half and a blender you are the winner. That’s the recipe. Put all ingredients into a blender for a minute, scrape down the sides, blend again. Add half & half if you want it less thick.
